Black Knight 2 Slot Demo

The Black Knight 2 slot machine was released back in 2014 by a renewed online casino software producer known under the name of Williams Interactive (WMS). With over twenty years of experience in the development of various online casino games, WMS was acquired by Scientific Games back in 2013, which resulted in the increase of the games quality. One of the first titles released after Scientific Games has entered the scene was exactly the Black Knight 2 slot game.

Black Knight 2 Slot Overview

Black Knight 2 online slot introduces a pretty much standard 5×3 grid constructed out of five reels divided into three horizontal betting lines. The players can benefit from combinations landed across one of forty embedded paylines.

The developers have included a return to player rate, which takes the value of 95.91%. Variance is set to be medium to high, which means that payouts are more extensive in value but tend to appear not often as payouts in low volatility slots.

This online slot machine introduces a modern design with top-notch graphics and a medieval background theme. The opening screen displays a beautiful landscape with a castle in the distance. The symbols are also illustrated to match the theme of the game entirely, and you can come across a king, a princess, a knight, a black knight, etc.

We will thoroughly overview the following parts of this Black Knight 2 slot review, symbols, additional features, and slot strategy.

Symbols & Bonuses

The Black Knight 2 slot machine online introduces different types of symbols. They can harshly be divided into two categories, according to whether they come with specific extraordinary power or not. Special symbols included in the gameplay are the feature symbol (scatter), illustrated as a shield, and the black knight symbol, which acts as a wild token.

Non-special, standard symbols can further be separated into two groups as well, according to their payout capacity. So, you can benefit from two types of standard symbols: low-valued and high-valued.

Black Knight 2 by WMS and Scientific Games introduces four lower value regular symbols, displayed as card marks: A, K, Q, and J. They can bring you a payout worth up to 18.75 credits for the 10-credit bet value. You can also benefit from six higher-value regular symbols. Among all regular icons, the one that carries the highest payout is displayed as the king, and five of them landed across an identical payline will award a payoff worth 125 credits for the same stake! The queen is the second most valuable regular symbol, with a maximum payout of 62.5 credits.

However, players can win the non-progressive jackpot payout by landing five scatter symbols anywhere on the grid. If this happens, the player will be awarded a generous payout worth 500 credits for the stake of 10 credits!

Additional Features

If you are eager to play Black Knight 2 slot free and do it properly, you should get familiar with bonus features this fantastic game offers:

• Free spins
• Black knight wild
• Stacked symbols.

The first of the features come in the form of free spins. To trigger it, you will need to land more than two scatter (shield) symbols in literally any location on the grid, and the game will then award you seven free rounds! And the best thing is that the black knight wild symbol can substitute for the scatter, which makes it even easier to activate the free spins feature.

The black knight wild also appears as stacked, covering the entire reel. You can land it during the main game or free spins across the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th reels.

The Black Knight 2 free play slot comes with the stacked symbols feature. It allows the symbols to appear as stacked on top of each other, which will make the process of creating a winning combination much simpler.

Controls & Interface

If you wonder how to play Black Knight 2 slot machine, wonder no more because control buttons included in the gameplay are pretty much the standard buttons you can find in most online video slots.

The rightmost button with a circling arrow is the “Spin” button, through which you set the reels in motion. Arrow buttons located next to the information about the number of paylines and the bet’s value per line serve strictly for adjusting these two parameters of the game. A button with two arrows and a triangle activates the auto-play mode, which allows one to determine between 10 and 200 computer-controlled spins and adjust some additional settings, such as the single win limit and the loss limit. The rightmost button takes you to a new screen that displays all paytable info.

The interface itself is elegant. The grid is located in the central position for maximum visibility, and all the additional info and controls are placed at the bottom of the screen. The bar at the bottom contains two icons, one for accessing main settings and the other for accessing the help section.

How to Play Black Knight 2 Slot Machine

The game’s tips and rules don’t stand out from the general layout that applies to online casino slot machines. The game’s primary goal is to try to win a payout by landing a combination that contains at least three identical symbols, which are placed across a single payline. Only the scatter pays regardless of the position on the grid. The amount of the payout depends on the number of identical symbols in the combination and the type of symbols involved in a combination.

If you want to play Black Knight 2 for free, you can run the Black Knight 2 demo play version, available at the vast majority of WMS-powered online casino operators.
