FindCasinos.org asks for very little: there are no logins, no mailing list and no comment section. This policy sets out what it does handle, for what purpose, and the rights you have over it.
Data controller
Personal data processed through FindCasinos is controlled by Levanterra Online Media Limited, Eurotowers, Europort Road, Gibraltar GX11 1AA, reachable at info@findcasinos.org.
Categories of data
- Request logs. Each hit leaves a line in our server log: IP address, browser and operating system, requested address, referrer and timestamp. Those lines serve security and fault-finding and are overwritten after a short period.
- Cookies. Two first-party cookies on each page, two more after a click on a casino link; see the cookie policy for names and lifetimes.
- Correspondence. An email you send us is kept, with your address, only for as long as it takes to deal with it and to document any change we made as a result.
FindCasinos runs no Google Analytics, no Facebook pixel, no push-notification service and no other third-party tracker. Free demos stream from game studios, which may place their own cookies once a game loads, under their own privacy terms.
Purposes
Serving pages, defending the site against attacks and abuse, counting in aggregate which guides and which casino links are used, and replying to correspondence. Personal data is never sold, and we build no advertising profiles.
Recipients
Hosting and network providers handle data on our behalf and only as we direct. A casino reached through a /go/ link learns that the visitor came from FindCasinos; anything it collects afterwards falls under its own privacy notice. Authorities receive data from us only where a legal obligation requires it.
Your rights
Your browser can refuse or erase cookies, and FindCasinos keeps working if it does. To see, correct or erase personal information we hold about you, email info@findcasinos.org. Unhappy with how we handled a request? You may complain to the privacy authority in your province or country.
Updates
Any change to this policy is reflected in the Updated stamp at the head of the page.
